Frequently Asked Questions
How to import STEP files
Navigate to the RFQs module and click 'New Quote'. In the file upload section, select 'Import 3D Model' and choose your .STEP or .STP file. The system will automatically run a manufacturability analysis within 30 seconds.
Changing job priorities
Job priorities can only be adjusted by Production Managers. Go to the Production tab, locate the active job, and select 'Edit Properties'. Changing a job to 'Rush' requires overriding current machine scheduling.
Setting up customer portal
Under the Customers module, select the specific client profile and toggle 'Portal Access' to active. An automated email with temporary credentials will be sent to their primary contact address.
